To All GSDM Students:
| ◉ | The GSDM Student Room at #536 in the Engineering Building 8 will be no longer available for the next school year (April 2018 – March 2019), so please make the room clean and take away your personal belongings from the room if you have something left in that room BY 14 March 2018. |

| ◉ | When you have to change your home address, laboratory location, your super-visor for the next school year, on and after April 2018, please send the new information to the office through the following URL. |
| ◉ | The GSDM Newsletter vol.3 is now available. If you have not had it yet at the symposium venue last Friday 2 March, then come and pick it up at the GSDM office. |

To Prospective GSDM Graduates for AY 2018 (by the end of March 2019):
We would like to ask you to check and confirm about your earned credits in preparation for your GSDM course completion. Please use the form here and check the course name and the credit numbers you have earned so far, and send it back to the office by 12:00 on Thursday, 15 March. Your e-mail message title should be “：【Pre-check】Comprehensive Course Work”
| 1. | When you check your earned credits, please make sure to check your official grade transcript first. |

| 2. | When you send the excel form, please rename it, as “GSDM_your last name” |
| 3. | If you still have some missing courses, then please specify the course/subject name, and let us know your schedule when to take that course (spring 2018, or autumn 2018) in your email text message. |
