| 19:00-19:30 | Introduction: a brief presentation on the topic and the controversy surrounding it, and an introduction of two TED speakers (Anne-Marie Slaughter and Nigel Marsh). |

| 19:30-20:00 | Viewing of the TED presentations |
| 20:00-20:30 | Group meeting and discussion: a short presentation to highlight the videos and to pitch a question to the audience. Audience will be divided into two groups according to their answer to the question (yes/no) and develop their ideas. |
| 20:30-20:50 | Group presentations: each group will present their opinions why they would agree/disagree to the question (in a debate-style). Medical-C Group members will join both groups to initiate and facilitate a discussion. *Laptop will be provided by the organizing team |
