Application for travel for presenting at international conferences and/or for the purpose of visiting collaborators or affiliated organizations

The Global Leader Program for Social Design and Management (GSDM) is accepting applications for travel for presenting at international conferences and/or for the purpose of visiting collaborators or affiliated organizations.
Accepts all travel during the fiscal year 2017. Acceptance letter of conference could be posted later.
 
Please check carefully Rules governing short-term travel support program and submit the necessary documents. The process is as follows.
 
1.Applicant fills out Application Form for Short-term travel Support Program and
  get approval from the faculty advisor.
2.Submit the application form with the faculty advisor’s sign or seal, or the advisor
 submits the application by email to GSDM_SE office (no sign or seal is acceptable).
3.Applicant and the faculty advisor will be notified of the acceptance or denial by GSDM.
4.Applicant will be contacted regarding travel procedures if the travel is approved.
 •Perform early registration or student registration by yourself
 •Perform hotel reservation by yourself
 •Take an airline ticket estimate by yourself
 •After the airline ticket estimate and the daily sheet are submitted to the GSDM
 secretariat, and the confirmation is obtained, you can buy the airline ticket.
 •Schedule well when you need a VISA.
 
Notice
•“A two-sided hard copy of the applicant’s learning record taken from the GSDM Student
 Learning Record Database.”, please print out the pages of “history” and “analyze”.
•Travel procedures cannot carry forward prior to notification that travel has been
 approved.
•Verification of the application, comments from the faculty advisor are required.
•In case the number of applicants exceeds the limit for this fiscal year, application may
 be strictly selected.
