◉GSDM office and GSDM_SE office
In addition to the GSDM office (Room #606, School of Engineering building 8), there is a GSDM_SE office (Room #203, School of Engineering building 2). One of the duties of SE office is to take care of the administrative procedures for short/long term overseas travel for some students. Please contact GSDM_SE office when necessary.

◉Certificate of enrollment
The GSDM office can issue a certificate of enrollment upon request if you need a document to certify that you are enrolled in the GSDM.
　
◉Student room
Room 536, School of Engineering building #8 is designated as a GSDM student room. The room is available for a gathering / meeting among the students.When you want to use the room, book it in advance. To enter the room, activate the panel and enter the PIN number “174736” to unlock. Please do not reveal the PIN number to anyone. If you need a Wi-Fi, please register for a campus UTokyo WiFi service in advance.
　
◉GSDM Annual Residential Study Program
The Annual Residential Study Program (retreat) is scheduled to take place on 17-19 March 2018. The attendance at the Annual Residential Study Program is mandatory for all the program students.
　
◉Your Private Information
When you change your residential address, phone, e-mail, please inform the GSDM Office of the change. When you take a long leave of absence from school, please also contact your supervisors, advisors for a consultation and inform the offices, as well.
　
◉Others
GSDM office usually contacts you by E-mail. Please check your mail regularly and make sure to reply before deadline when necessary. Please refer to the GSDM web site for information on classes, seminars and other activities.
