GSDM Student Leadership Award AY2015 Special Effort Prize

1. Comment of the Selection Committee
The Committee has appreciated that his activities entail a strong sense of leadership in terms of inspiring his peers and guiding a group towards a given goal. The Committee has, however, considered that in his specific case there may still be some space to further sophisticate his leadership skills, particularly concerning the consensual management of group dynamics.
Under these considerations, the decision of creating and awarding a Special Effort Prize has been made. The Committee also encourages him to continue with his engagement and contribution to the GSDM and invites him to apply again for next year’s GSDM Student Leadership Award.

2. Comment of the Prize Winner
　It was such a great honor to be selected for this prize. I am very grateful to the GSDM program for all the opportunities it has provided for us, to my peers for their amazing collaboration, and to the Committee for recognizing my effort to make the best out of all the opportunities and to become a global leader.
I am especially grateful for the constrictive criticism of the Committee and its suggestions on what I should do to further advance my leadership skills. I will do my best to improve even more by next year, and take my leadership skills to the next level. Thank you!
