The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is one of the leading international organisations at the forefront to foster prosperity, equality, opportunity, and well-being for all. Their motto for“better policies for better lives” is highly in the same direction as the United Nations’ “no leave anyone behind”.
Indeed, the OECD supports the realization of the Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals leveraging on their capacity as a unique forum and knowledge hub for data and analysis, exchange of experiences, best-practice sharing, and advice on public policies and global standard-setting.
Ms. Josée Touchette, Director of the Executive Directorate (EXD) at the OECD will give a special lecture on concrete actions being taken by the OECD to realize such a vision.
