Payment of transportation fee between the campuses

GSDM now provides transportation fee when you participate in the GSDM related activities such as SIP, IEL, symposium, etc. at the campus away from yours.

Please fill out the attached form and send it to the GSDM office by the end of the month.

* The transportation fee for the purpose of taking classes away from your campus
　is NOT covered by GSDM.
* Please note that GSDM cannot provide transportation fee if the form is not sent
　by the deadline.
* Please understand we may not be able to pay transportation fee depending on the
　purposes you write in the form.
* Please fill out the form in Japanese if possible.
